Job Summary
The Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal
role in driving revenue growth and market expansion through the development and
implementation of effective sales strategies. This position involves leading
the sales team, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering strong customer
relationships. The Sales Ops Manager oversees operational functions, ensures
compliance with quality standards, and manages inventory to optimize product
availability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales
strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Lead the sales team: training,
guidance, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor weekly sales performance and
analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Build strong relationships with
current customers and attract new clients.
- Provide accurate sales reports and
forecasts to senior management. - Analyze markets, competitive products,
and identify business opportunities. - Supervise branch operations and ensure
excellent customer service. - Develop
and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and food quality
standards - Monitor inventory and coordinate with
relevant departments to ensure product availability. - Analyze operational performance
reports and make corrective decisions to improve efficiency. - Ensure compliance with occupational
health and safety regulations. - Collaborate with the marketing team to
activate promotional campaigns. - Develop and implement incentive
programs for the team to achieve goals. - Manage electronic sales channels and
ensure a smooth user experience. - Use electronic platforms to manage
customers, contracts, and content. - Analyze user behavior and digital data
to improve online sales. - Ensure the accuracy of information and
data on the website. - Conduct continuous market research to
keep up with e-commerce trends. - Lead operations and sales teams and
motivate them to achieve the desired performance. - Build a motivating work environment
that supports productivity and job stability. - Manage operational budgets and control
costs to achieve profitability. - Maintain continuous communication with
senior management to provide strategic reports and recommendations. - Contribute to making crucial decisions
to address challenges and issues.
- Perform
any other tasks assigned by senior management in the interest of the business.
Requirements·At least 5 years of experience in
operations and sales management, with a minimum of 2 years in the food,
confectionery, or hospitality sector.
·Deep knowledge of the chocolate
and cake market, with a preference for having a network of relationships in
this field.
·Strong analytical and
organizational skills, with the ability to make data-driven strategic
decisions.
·Proficiency in using sales and
operations management software (such as ERP, POS, etc.).
·Excellent communication and leadership skills,
with a proven ability to manage and guide multiple teams.
