Job description

Job Summary

Responsible for the development and implementation of new business, achieving account profitability and sales targets; serving as the primary account contact; providing account leadership. Lead the sales team and act as deputy to the head of PTS during his absence.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Constantly review the Foodservice industry to identify key areas of growth, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Provide coaching to the team to achieve operational goals.
  3. Identify and develop relations with key clients and decision makers within Foodservice Provider Companies (FSP).
  4. Organize and maintain own time, complete deadlines, and effectively utilize internal information and databases.
  5. Prepare weekly review meeting reports and RTM (Route-to-Market) for the Head of PTS.
  6. Analyze RTM financial performance throughout the year and react accordingly to meet year-end targets.
  7. Develop relationships with key FSP decision makers and identify future business opportunities.
  8. Assemble Key Account Management Reports for quarterly reviews with Foodservice Provider companies.
  9. Develop knowledge of COSTA Foodservice within FSP/client Companies by building strategic relations with senior management.
  10. Support the implementation of company programs to ensure the success of Costa's business in KSA.
  11. Manage distribution without stocking SKUs.
  12. Develop and implement appropriate business propositions for clients and support new locations fitting our business modules.
  13. Develop, review, analyze, and manage sales & budget.
  14. Analyze monthly and yearly sales targets and performance, and develop clear business plans.
  15. Manage budgets, forecasts, and strategies to ensure RTM channel achieves sales goals.
  16. Accountable for sales results of national RTM accounts, including new account acquisition, retention, and growth of existing Foodservice business.
  17. Assist in building yearly product and machine forecasts.
Skills and Candidate Requirements
Education

Degree educated or equivalent.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Work Experience

5-8 years of foodservice sales experience in KSA.

Hospitality sales experience is a plus.
