Job Summary
Responsible for the development and implementation of new business, achieving account profitability and sales targets; serving as the primary account contact; providing account leadership. Lead the sales team and act as deputy to the head of PTS during his absence.
Job Responsibilities
- Constantly review the Foodservice industry to identify key areas of growth, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide coaching to the team to achieve operational goals.
- Identify and develop relations with key clients and decision makers within Foodservice Provider Companies (FSP).
- Organize and maintain own time, complete deadlines, and effectively utilize internal information and databases.
- Prepare weekly review meeting reports and RTM (Route-to-Market) for the Head of PTS.
- Analyze RTM financial performance throughout the year and react accordingly to meet year-end targets.
- Develop relationships with key FSP decision makers and identify future business opportunities.
- Assemble Key Account Management Reports for quarterly reviews with Foodservice Provider companies.
- Develop knowledge of COSTA Foodservice within FSP/client Companies by building strategic relations with senior management.
- Support the implementation of company programs to ensure the success of Costa's business in KSA.
- Manage distribution without stocking SKUs.
- Develop and implement appropriate business propositions for clients and support new locations fitting our business modules.
- Develop, review, analyze, and manage sales & budget.
- Analyze monthly and yearly sales targets and performance, and develop clear business plans.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and strategies to ensure RTM channel achieves sales goals.
- Accountable for sales results of national RTM accounts, including new account acquisition, retention, and growth of existing Foodservice business.
- Assist in building yearly product and machine forecasts.
Skills and Candidate Requirements
Education
Degree educated or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Work Experience
5-8 years of foodservice sales experience in KSA.
Hospitality sales experience is a plus.
