Job Description:

  • Generate and prepare regular sales reports in Excel.
  • Responsible for updating Customer Master Data as needed.
  • Maintain & update inventory of Handheld equipment sheet for all locations covered in KSA.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for the sales team, offering technical support for devices and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise in the market.
  • Follow up with suppliers for maintenance of Handheld devices & printers.
  • Coordinate shipments to the sales team, managing orders and ensuring timely deliveries through logistics providers such as DHL.
  • Handle monthly and annual DSD VAN inventory processes, ensuring that all records are up to date and accurate.
  • The diverse nature of Sales Operations responsibilities means that employees should have a wide variety of skills that can be employed simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Good command of English.
  • Should be analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Must possess computer skills, including the ability to use sales team software.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in sales administration or a similar position.
