A leading company in the region is seeking a Sales Team Supervisor to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and a proactive approach in planning and managing sales strategies. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 5 to 8 years of sales experience, focusing on expanding market share and developing team capabilities.
Role Purpose
This role is responsible for achieving personal targets as part of the department's overall objectives, supervising the sales team, and following up on current and future customers to fulfill their requirements with high professionalism.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
Planning:
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager in planning and developing sales strategies to expand the customer base and set sales goals.
Team Management:
- Supervise sales team activities to meet sales targets.
- Assist the Sales Manager in providing technical support to sales engineers and the Service Team.
- Follow up with the sales team regarding customer visits.
- Support the sales team in handling customer complaints.
Reporting:
- Prepare monthly sales reports for all divisions.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Regularly follow up with customers.
- Build, develop, and maintain customer satisfaction through visits and telephone calls.
- Cooperate with the After-Sales Division to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Increase market share in the assigned region.
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor market and competitor activities.
- Report sales activities timely to the direct manager.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related sales field.
Required Years of Experience
- 5 to 8 years of experience in sales.
