General Job Description:The Marketing and Sales Manager (Remote) is a strategic leader with innovative vision and high execution capabilities, working remotely to design and implement marketing and sales strategies that support the companys growth and enhance its market presence, with a special focus on the Saudi market. This role relies entirely on modern technology to manage geographically distributed teams, leveraging a deep understanding of Saudi culture and consumer behavior to meet local customer needs and build sustainable relationships with clients and partners.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

Design integrated marketing and sales plans aligned with the cultural and economic specifics of the Saudi market, using virtual collaboration tools like Asana or Trello.

Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with a focus on remote measurement, such as digital engagement rates on platforms popular in Saudi Arabia (e.g., Twitter and Snapchat).

Utilize cloud-based analytics and AI to forecast trends in the Saudi market, considering seasonal consumer habits (e.g., Ramadan and Eid).

2. Remote Team Management:

Lead a geographically distributed team via platforms like Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring effective communication aligned with Saudi cultural values such as respect and humility.

Develop virtual training programs focusing on enhancing team understanding of the Saudi market, including marketing during national events like Founding Day and National Day.

Evaluate performance using digital systems, applying culturally appropriate motivation strategies.

4. Remote Sales Management:
