JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the Front Office in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for selling relocation services, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s brand. This role requires a mix of sales expertise, customer service, and marketing strategies to ensure a seamless relocation experience for clients moving their personal effects and household goods.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Generation & Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential customers (corporates, individuals, etc.).
  • Develop a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, online inquiries, and referrals.
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups with clients to understand their relocation needs.
  • Conduct pre-move surveys (physical/virtual) to assess customer requirements and shipment volume.
  • Provide detailed quotations, explaining the pricing, service scope, and additional options (insurance, storage, etc.).
  • Negotiate with clients and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure contracts and agreements are signed as per company policies.
  • Customer Coordination & Relationship Management:
  • Work closely with the Operations & Logistics teams to ensure smooth packing, loading, and transportation.
  • Keep clients updated on their shipment status and address any concerns promptly.
  • Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain records in CRM.
  • Provide sales reports and updates to management.
  • Analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and suggest new sales strategies.

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Offline Marketing Strategies:
  • Manage email marketing, WhatsApp promotions, and SMS campaigns for lead generation.
  • Develop brochures, flyers, and content for brand awareness.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor offerings.
  • Suggest pricing and promotional strategies based on market insights.
  • Implement referral and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
  • Organize promotional events, trade fairs, and networking meetups to build brand visibility.
  • Maintain a strong online presence through website content, blogs, and customer testimonials.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the relocation or logistics industry.
  • Having a GCC or UAE Sales Experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of domestic & international relocation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
