Job Responsibilities
Create and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve targets and maintain high performance.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Proven track record in sales, particularly in the utilities or energy sectors.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; an MBA is often preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with the power and water industries, including regulatory frameworks and technological advancements.
Proficiency in English.
