Job Description:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing product sales, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company. The candidate will be dealing with the sales of uniforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the trading industry. This role requires someone who is highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product development and improvement
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
