To drive B2B sales efforts within the Saudi telecom industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation. This role requires fluency in Arabic and English, a deep understanding of the local market, and a passion for delivering tailored networking and telecom solutions.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the telecom and networking sectors.
Identify, target, and acquire new clients, including telecom operators, ISPs, and enterprise customers.
Lead the full-cycle sales process, from prospecting and solution design to negotiation and closing deals.
Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers to develop customized solutions that align with client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Saudi telecom industry.
Provide market insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
Utilize CRM tools to track leads, monitor sales performance, and maintain accurate records.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-10 years of B2B sales experience in telecom, wireless, or networking solutions (flexible based on expertise).
Demonstrated success in leading or significantly contributing to technology sales for telecom operators, ISPs, or similar businesses.
Strong familiarity with the Saudi telecom market, with an existing professional network being a plus.
Technical Understanding: Knowledge of wireless networking (especially Microwave products), telecom services, or related infrastructure.
Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Comfortable using CRM tools to manage leads and sales metrics effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Open to attending client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events as required.
Preferably Saudi National or Arabic Speaker.
