Job description

JOB PURPOSE:

Handle all Sales division by supervising and controlling all Sales team members to maintain smooth daily activities of the Sales function and foster good relationships with clients while representing the company's image.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Sales Responsibilities

  • Encourage team members to develop and maintain good relationships with designated users and contractors.
  • Coordinate with the Proposals Department to ensure timely submission of quotations in accordance with company policies.
  • Supervise Sales engineers in their follow-up with contractors for all allocated quotations.
  • Achieve sales targets by closing deals and selling products with team members.
  • Review and evaluate sales visits to ensure customer requirements are met satisfactorily.
  • Review sales results with the Area Sales Manager monthly and report actions taken to address any adverse variances.
  • Supervise weekly sales visit reports and discuss future actions with team members.
  • Regularly review CRM data for accuracy and updates.

Customers Satisfaction

  • Ensure all customers are treated professionally and are satisfied with the sales services.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Supervise sales engineers’ follow-up with customers on quoted jobs and provide feedback.

Leadership

  • Lead all Sales team members to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage, supervise, and motivate team members.

HSE

  • Promote awareness of HSE policies and procedures among all team members.

SPAN OF Communication

  • Internal: President Director, Sales Engineers, Sales Coordinator, Accounts, IT, Sales & Admin staff, Maintenance, and Stores Departments.
  • External: Customers, couriers, and suppliers.
