Overview

Yeshine Global, a leading manufacturer of premium sanitary ware, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to grow our presence in the Middle East market.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven sales experience in sanitary ware or related bathroom products, with a strong ability to build relationships, drive revenue, and achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and key accounts in the sanitary ware market.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support.
  • Represent Yeshine at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
Skills
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, or related construction/building materials.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong network of contacts within the sanitary or building materials industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building abilities.
