Overview
Yeshine Global, a leading manufacturer of premium sanitary ware, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to grow our presence in the Middle East market.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven sales experience in sanitary ware or related bathroom products, with a strong ability to build relationships, drive revenue, and achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and key accounts in the sanitary ware market.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support.
- Represent Yeshine at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, or related construction/building materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong network of contacts within the sanitary or building materials industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Good understanding of market trends and customer needs in the sanitary ware sector.

- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
