Job Summary

The Sales Manager will oversee the Janssen Pplats / Spravato portfolio in KSA, leading the sales team to maximize business growth. This role involves stakeholder collaboration to support business expansion and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve financial targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  2. Develop demand forecasts aligned with patient needs, inventory, and contractual commitments.
  3. Lead sales efforts in line with marketing strategies to increase market share across different sectors (MOH, private, institutions).
  4. Manage relationships with key accounts, including hospitals and private sector entities.
  5. Maintain accurate customer and sales records in compliance with company standards.
  6. Develop a strategic vision for Pplats / Spravato in KSA and execute it with stakeholder input.
  7. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring succession planning.
  8. Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, medical, and other teams to support business needs.
  9. Ensure compliance with local laws, HCC guidelines, and company policies, including safety and pharmacovigilance protocols.
Qualifications
  • Preferably holding a Saudi passport.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or pharmaceutical field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in neuro, PAH, or VOs segments.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate in a matrix environment, build strategic partnerships, and demonstrate leadership aligned with J&J values.
