Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales of power generators across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in power generation, excellent market knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in power generators.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, contractors, and businesses in need of power solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
  • Maintain and update sales reports, forecasts, and CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in power generators, electrical equipment, or related industries.
  • Strong network within the construction, industrial, and commercial sectors.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of power generation systems, fuel types, load calculations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to travel across Saudi Arabia for client meetings and business development.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
