Job Profile: Sales Manager – Low Voltage Motors

We are seeking an individual with over 10 years of experience, with sound knowledge of the market, customers, and business for Low Voltage motors in Saudi Arabia. The roles and responsibilities include:

  • Driving a focused sales approach for Low Voltage motors
  • Coordinating daily sales activities with customers, partners, and OEMs
  • Collaborating with the backend team for quotations and factory support
  • Preparing and submitting techno-commercial offers to customers
  • Coordinating order booking processes, ensuring technical and price clarity, and order confirmation with the FIN team
  • Verifying post-order engineering documents and submitting them onward
  • Managing customer feedback post-order and securing technical clearance before manufacturing
  • Coordinating with the finance team for payment collection and invoicing after dispatch clearance
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills internally and externally with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Knowledge & Skills
  • Sound knowledge of Low Voltage Electric motors and related portfolio
  • Additional knowledge of Medium Voltage Motors and Drives is advantageous
  • Understanding of IE efficiencies
  • Knowledge of IEC, Ex standards, SASO standards
  • Application know-how of fans, blowers, pumps, conveyors, and mills
IT Skills
  • Expertise in Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Project Visio, SmartSheets, or time management tools
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Languages
  • Arabic speaking and reading skills are an advantage
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; a management degree or certification is an added advantage.
