Job description

- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.


- Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence.


- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and setting annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.


- Manage, recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of the entire sales team.


- Develop a comprehensive GTM sales strategy to maximize sales opportunities.


- Lead the sales team in generating proposals that outline clear paths to client satisfaction and revenue growth.


- Influence senior stakeholders within customer organizations and key industry buyers.


- Review sales performance through analysis of performance reports.


- Develop strategic plans, oversee execution, and analyze sales results to maximize market share and increase customer engagement.


- Provide feedback to management on current tools, policies, and processes to enhance business performance and efficiency.


- Accurately forecast pipeline deals and participate in weekly funnel calls with the sales team and management.


- Pursue new business opportunities aggressively and work closely with existing clients to increase revenue per client.


- Manage all RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes.


- Utilize consultative, solution-based selling techniques to identify opportunities in Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, Cybersecurity, IoT, Data, AI, ML, Analytics, and BI.


- Drive the company's strategic engagement agenda by positioning and selling strategic consulting offerings in key accounts.


- Engage continuously with signed vendors to promote FORTE CLOUD services, building a solid GTM and business plan.


- Develop trusted relationships at senior management levels in enterprise and commercial accounts, maintaining their confidence.


- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Solution Architects, and Marketing teams to build sales strategies, campaigns, and pipelines.


- Present the company's vision, mission, values, and solutions proactively to prospects and existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.


- Maintain expertise and knowledge in Cloud Migration, DevOps, Data, AI, Hybrid Cloud, Microservices, and related areas.


- Have experience with complex enterprise solution sales, account management, and territory/account planning.


- Drive incremental cloud consumption revenue sales.
