Team Leadership and Management
  • Manage, hire, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team skills.
Sales Strategy and Operations
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet company objectives.
  • Oversee indoor and outdoor sales activities and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Establish and manage product pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
Client and Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Handle and follow up with credit sales and credit clients.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by coordinating with customer service.
Market and Product Management
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitors.
  • Develop and implement product branding strategies to enhance market presence and recognition.
  • Provide feedback to product development based on market trends.
Inventory and Budget Management
  • Oversee inventory replenishment, warehouse management, and create purchase orders.
