A leading hotel is seeking a Sales Manager to optimize revenues through account management and client prospecting. The successful candidate will meet revenue goals, manage key accounts, and support the sales action plan in a dynamic hotel environment.

Responsible for achieving hotel targets by optimizing revenues through an assigned account base and prospecting new clients in designated markets. Markets may change based on hotel needs. Performance will be measured against revenue goals.
Manage key accounts within an assigned account base or geographic area, ensuring revenue maximization, achievement of personal targets, and increasing market share relative to competitors.
Prospect for new accounts and conduct site inspections.
Adhere to the Corporate SOPs and follow up on tentative bookings in assigned markets.
Maintain detailed knowledge of competitors and all hotel services, along with relevant hotel data.
Ensure timely contracting with clients, using SMART contracting to optimize yield during annual rate negotiations.
Participate in trade shows, sales blitzes, workshops, etc., within assigned markets.
Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in defining and executing the annual sales action plan and preparing the annual budget with account statistics and forecasts.
Execute sales actions within the set budget and document all activities in SFA (Sales & Catering) system.
Regularly update the OPERA contact database and cross-sell other Kempinski Hotels.
Follow the Company Sales Vision and participate in the Duty Manager rota.
Adhere to hotel rules, regulations, and safety policies, reporting hazards immediately.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
