Key Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end sales operations in the assigned region.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and collection targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to management.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.

  • Participate in client meetings, business negotiations, and industry events to enhance business presence.

  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Market Research, and Sales Strategy development.

  • Strong Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Negotiation skills.
