We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Dammam region. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.

Your Tasks:
  • Identify and penetrate new markets, generating business leads

  • Prepare and review sales proposals (quotations), technical submittals, and samples

  • Negotiate prices and discuss proposal details with customers

  • Coordinate with Customer Service Department for pricing, delivery schedules, and customer service

  • Deliver presentations and provide technical support to clients and distributors

  • Maintain good relations with customers, promptly resolving complaints and queries

  • Submit quotations, follow up on receivables, and maintain project tracking

  • Visit project sites, clients, and consultants to get products specified and approved

Your Profile:
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Technical knowledge and ability to provide technical support

  • Excellent relationship-building skills

  • Proficiency in using sales management software (e.g., Salesforce.com)

  • Fluency in Arabic and English
