Overview of the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to support the Head of Sales in driving revenue growth across UAE, Egypt, and KSA. This role focuses on selling digital services and retail media solutions to a wide range of businesses, ensuring they maximize their engagement with our platform’s members. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing and retail media.
What you will do:
- Identify and approach potential clients in the respective market to pitch digital services packages.
- Assist in managing the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Provide post-sale support to clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and utilization of services.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct research to identify market trends, potential clients, and competitor activity in each region.
- Gather client feedback and share insights with the Head of Sales to refine strategies.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to align on sales strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to deliver on client requirements.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance and market opportunities.
Required Skills to be successful:
- Experience in retail media or e-commerce platform and digital marketplace.
- Experience in Sales.
- Excellent communications & presentation skills.
About the Team:
You will be reporting to Head of Sales.
What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in digital services, advertising, or retail media.
- Familiarity with the local market UAE &/or Egypt and/or KSA markets is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
