We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager – AI & Digital Transformation Solutions to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling advanced AI-driven technologies and digital transformation solutions, with a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and emerging technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in solution-based sales and a passion for driving innovation across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating the required revenues and margins in line with budget targets.
- Have a clear understanding and focus on overall support of commercial topics, in particular tiered pricing (models) and terms & conditions in alignment with the business lines.
- Manage multiple customers, segments, and product lines, including leads, renewals, and subscription sales opportunities, and oversee the lifecycle of renewals while following sales methodology and best practices.
- Ensure customers maximize their platforms, recognize upsell potentials, and execute accordingly. Oversee all customer sales to meet client needs promptly and professionally.
- Review sales figures, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance sales performance and meet targets.
- Maintain the accuracy of pipeline entries, manage the sales database, review sales data, and work on an appropriate number of monitored opportunities supporting the company's targets.
- Create sales reports for assigned accounts to be presented to the Director of Sales & Marketing, including performance metrics, sales figures, prospects, and closures.
- Participate in and lead training programs for business teams and customers.
- Prospect new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques, with a planned number of calls per month.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, demonstrations, and proposals to customers as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Collect information on market and industry trends, tenders, incumbents, technology, and price sensitivity for targeted industries to identify potential leads.
- Coordinate RFX responses and manage tenders with bid submissions.
- Assist the Director of Business Development in contract negotiations to ensure risk-limited and appropriate agreements.
- Protect and track recurring revenues from sales, license expansions, and hosted contracts.
- Build and expand partner networks across the territory.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or an AI-related MBA is a plus.
- Extensive understanding and experience in AI-driven applications, blockchain solutions, fintech solutions, automation, and digital transformation.
- Proactive, results-oriented, self-starter with the ability to meet targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Experience in telecom solution sales and developing new business lines with existing and new accounts.
- Proficiency in AI application sales, especially in fintech, with experience managing client expectations and selling Microsoft D365.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic language skills are a plus.
