We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager – AI & Digital Transformation Solutions to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling advanced AI-driven technologies and digital transformation solutions, with a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and emerging technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in solution-based sales and a passion for driving innovation across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating the required revenues and margins in line with budget targets.
- Focus on support of commercial topics, including tiered pricing models and terms & conditions aligned with business lines.
- Manage multiple customers, segments, and product lines, including leads, renewals, and subscription sales, following sales methodology and best practices.
- Maximize customer platform usage, recognize upsell potentials, and execute accordingly. Ensure customer needs are met professionally.
- Review sales figures, identify improvement areas, and develop strategies to meet targets.
- Maintain pipeline integrity, manage sales database, and monitor opportunities supporting budget targets.
- Create sales reports for accounts, including performance, prospects, and closures, for presentation to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Participate in and lead training programs for teams and customers.
- Prospect new opportunities via networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques, with a planned call quota.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Gather market and industry data, including tenders, incumbents, technology, and pricing, to identify potential leads.
- Coordinate RFX responses and manage tenders with bid submissions.
- Support contract negotiations to ensure appropriate, risk-mitigated agreements.
- Protect and track recurring revenues from sales, licenses, and hosted contracts.
- Build a partner network across the territory.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields; an AI MBA is a plus.
- Experience with AI-driven applications, blockchain, fintech solutions, automation, and digital transformation.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and self-driven, capable of meeting targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Experience in telecom solution sales and developing new business lines.
- Expertise in AI & application sales, especially fintech, with familiarity with Microsoft D365 and client expectation management.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
