Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager – AI & Digital Transformation Solutions to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling advanced AI-driven technologies and digital transformation solutions, with a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and emerging technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in solution-based sales and a passion for driving innovation across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for generating the required revenues and margins in line with budget targets.
  2. Focus on support of commercial topics, including tiered pricing models and terms & conditions aligned with business lines.
  3. Manage multiple customers, segments, and product lines, including leads, renewals, and subscription sales, following sales methodology and best practices.
  4. Maximize customer platform usage, recognize upsell potentials, and execute accordingly. Ensure customer needs are met professionally.
  5. Review sales figures, identify improvement areas, and develop strategies to meet targets.
  6. Maintain pipeline integrity, manage sales database, and monitor opportunities supporting budget targets.
  7. Create sales reports for accounts, including performance, prospects, and closures, for presentation to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  8. Participate in and lead training programs for teams and customers.
  9. Prospect new opportunities via networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques, with a planned call quota.
  10. Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, demonstrations, and proposals.
  11. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  12. Gather market and industry data, including tenders, incumbents, technology, and pricing, to identify potential leads.
  13. Coordinate RFX responses and manage tenders with bid submissions.
  14. Support contract negotiations to ensure appropriate, risk-mitigated agreements.
  15. Protect and track recurring revenues from sales, licenses, and hosted contracts.
  16. Build a partner network across the territory.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields; an AI MBA is a plus.
  • Experience with AI-driven applications, blockchain, fintech solutions, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and self-driven, capable of meeting targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Experience in telecom solution sales and developing new business lines.
  • Expertise in AI & application sales, especially fintech, with familiarity with Microsoft D365 and client expectation management.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
