We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager – AI & Digital Transformation Solutions to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling advanced AI-driven technologies and digital transformation solutions, with a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and emerging technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in solution-based sales and a passion for driving innovation across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue and margins in line with budget targets.
- Support commercial topics, including tiered pricing models and terms & conditions, aligned with business lines.
- Manage multiple customers, segments, and product lines, including leads, renewals, and subscription sales, following sales methodology and best practices.
- Maximize customer platform utilization, recognize upsell potentials, and ensure customer needs are met professionally and promptly.
- Review sales figures, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to meet targets.
- Maintain accurate pipeline entries, manage sales database, and monitor opportunities supporting budget targets.
- Create sales reports for assigned accounts, including performance, sales numbers, prospects, and closures.
- Lead and participate in training programs for business teams and customers.
- Prospect new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation techniques.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Gather market and industry data, including tenders, incumbents, technology, and price sensitivity, to identify leads.
- Coordinate RFX responses and tender management.
- Assist in contract negotiations to ensure risk mitigation.
- Track and protect recurring revenues such as licenses, subscriptions, and hosted contracts.
- Build and expand partner networks across the territory.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields; an AI MBA is a plus.
- Strong experience in AI applications, blockchain solutions, fintech, automation, and digital transformation.
- Proactive, result-oriented, self-driven, and capable of meeting targets regularly.
- Experience in telecom solution sales and developing new business lines.
- Expertise in AI-driven and application sales, especially fintech, and managing client expectations, including Microsoft D365.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
