Sales Manager - A Leading IT Company - KSA

Our client is a global leader in IT software solutions. They are currently seeking a Business Development Manager who is an ARABIC speaker based in Riyadh or Jeddah. The ideal candidate should have excellent major account sales skills and a proven track record in the Saudi private and government sectors.

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to develop and grow the business.
  • Open new accounts to maximize opportunities.
  • Drive new business with large enterprises and strategic products.
  • Manage strategic accounts effectively.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports as directed by the Sales Director.
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, and other departments to achieve growth targets.
  • Work closely with internal and external sales teams to identify and close business opportunities.

Requirements include:

  • Significant IT sales experience in the Saudi government or private sectors.
  • Strong background in IT solutions sales to enterprise clients.
  • Existing network within government, education, health, aviation, and private sectors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience with comprehensive IT solutions, including system integrators.
  • Arab nationality.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel, with specific time commitments based on location.
  • References from C-level IT clients in the Middle East.
  • Ability to leverage reputation and relationships to develop new projects.
  • Strong presentation, selling, and closing skills.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region.
  • Motivated by new business sales.
  • Location: Riyadh (office) or Jeddah (home-based).
