Job Description

Job Summary:
Lead and manage the sales team to drive revenue growth in heavy equipment rental and manpower supply. Develop sales strategies, empower team members to achieve targets, and build strong client relationships in construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. Stay informed on new and ongoing projects to identify and fulfill client requirements while ensuring market expansion, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency in compliance with Saudi regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Team Management: Lead, mentor, and empower the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  2. Sales & Business Development: Identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and actively track ongoing and new projects.
  3. Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  4. Contract & Pricing Negotiations: Prepare competitive proposals and close deals.
  5. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and ongoing projects to target specific client needs.
  6. Manpower Solutions: Provide workforce solutions tailored to client needs.
  7. Fleet & Equipment Coordination: Ensure availability and timely deployment of equipment.
  8. Sales Reporting: Track performance, identify potential requirements from new and ongoing projects, and generate sales forecasts.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment rental & manpower supply sales.
  3. Currently working in Saudi Arabia in a similar field (mandatory).
  4. Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and a valid Saudi Driving License (required).
  5. Proficient in English & Arabic (preferred).
