Job description

Scope of Work:

The Sales Manager is responsible for:

  • Managing a full service portfolio.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with the clients and for the continuous management of sales leads and opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential customers and evaluate the need from market/territory analysis.
  • Receive directives, sales goals and targets from Direct Manager and create related action plans to reach these goals.
  • Deliver service portfolio presentations and organize meetings with customer representatives.
  • Assist in setting and implementing sales strategy plan that involves prospecting and qualifying targeted customers in various industry sectors and territories.
  • Maintain a strong client relationship through regular close contact, including regular face-to-face meetings, telephone, and e-mail communication.
  • Sell service portfolio offered by the client using a consultative approach.
  • Provide accurate sales information to Direct Manager for CRM system updates.
  • Continuously work on new business development and identifying new account opportunities.
  • Responsible for exceeding the target set by the direct manager.
  • Collect, disseminate, store and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and Invitation for Bids (IFBs) obtained from customers.
  • Capable of consolidating and submitting proposals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the area of work.
  • Report periodically on the status and progress of activities and achievements to the direct manager.
  • Ensure continuous coordination with the Head of Business Units.
  • Ensure continuous coordination with clients and partners.
  • Act as the front image of the client in International & Promotional Events, assisting in coordinating and participating in them.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • 7-9 years of sales experience in consulting firms (preferably IT) providing services and solutions to large customers.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good computer literacy and proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead a team.
  • Responsible, ambitious, flexible, self-motivated, result-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Superior customer service skills for dealing with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle stressful situations.
  • Knowledge of company services and ability to demonstrate benefits to clients, highlighting key differentiation from competitors.
  • General understanding of computer networks/systems architecture and features.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites/branches.
