Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and direct the sales team for Modern Trade in Food/Beverage brands.
  2. Maximize sales through market strategy, sales KPIs, target achievement, and business development.
  3. Manage operations within the assigned channel/territory, liaising with Supply Chain, NSM, and Partners for smooth operations.
  4. Ensure compliance with MSL for the assigned channel/brand.
  5. Develop business plans including volume and revenue forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities.
  6. Analyze markets, competition, customers, pricing, portfolio, online presence, placements, promotions, brand activations, and listings to develop effective customer plans.
  7. Provide regular updates to senior management on market trends, distribution, channel performance, and targets.
  8. Expand and develop the channel/brands within the assigned customers, focusing on distribution, execution, turnover, sales spends, and sales growth.
Requirements
  1. Understanding of business fundamentals such as SOS, ROS, distribution, interruption points, etc.
  2. Strong knowledge of the Food and Beverage market in the UAE.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
  4. Minimum of 8+ years experience in management within the FMCG (Food & Beverage) market.
  5. Strong leadership and people management skills.
  6. Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, team management, coaching, analytical, and comprehension skills.
