At Holiday Inn The Business District, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven individual to join our Sales & Marketing team.

What is the Job

As a Sales Manager - Pro-Active, your primary focus will be driving proactive sales efforts across key market segments to achieve the hotel's revenue goals. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the hotel's services to maximize revenue across all departments.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and secure new business opportunities across various market segments.
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and property site inspections to showcase the hotel's offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to target potential accounts and increase revenue.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, contracts, and presentations to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and community meetings to expand business opportunities.
  • Participate actively in daily business review meetings, sales briefings, and team strategy discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
