Jobs at this level are responsible for supporting sales operations, including coordinating allocation of work programmes, managing implementation of sales plans, and preparing sales performance reports. They also analyze customer/client insights related to feedback on STC products/services to foster a healthy customer/client relationship process, build strong relationships, and ensure effective responses to customer/client needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide all necessary after-sales support to achieve objectives.
- Perform routine activities within the specified scope of sales activities.
- Support sales account managers in preparing budgets and targets, ensuring sales execution complies with established budgets and targets.
- Support internal process improvement projects and initiatives as required by the reporting manager.
- Participate in supporting sales initiatives in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Support negotiations and recommend changes to Marketing as appropriate.
- Follow up and execute orders related to sales activities.
- Provide timely sales reports and analysis, and track progress against objectives.
- Manage the implementation of sales plans and initiatives to maximize sales profit.
- Ensure effective responses to customer needs.
- Assist in analyzing requirements for new product development aimed at increasing sales revenues.
- Support routine work and escalate issues as necessary.
- Liaise within the team to build effective working relationships.
- Enable sales agents to achieve their targets.
- Handle activities related to the nature of the job.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support Enterprise Accounts sales for product launches, campaigns, and discounts to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with B2B Performance Management on weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
- Support Enterprise Accounts in target setting, segmentation, and account ownership.
- Manage annual promotions and demotions in alignment with stakeholders.
- Review processes to identify gaps and improvement areas, supporting KPI definition.
- Drive strategy execution, track, and report progress.
- Support digitization of customer journeys, focusing on the "Lead-to-Cash" process.
- Organize training and workshops for sales teams on new products, monitoring attendance.
Years of Experience
Minimum of 6 years in a related discipline.
Nature of Experience
Prior experience in sales support or account management support within the telecommunication or similar industry.
