Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager Groups to lead our group sales efforts. The successful candidate will focus on attracting and managing group business, including corporate, social, and event groups, to maximize revenue and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to secure group bookings and meet revenue goals.
  2. Identify and pursue new group business opportunities in corporate, social, and event segments.
  3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with group clients, including event planners, corporate clients, and associations.
  4. Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and client meetings to promote the property’s group facilities and services.
  5. Negotiate contracts and terms with group clients.
  6. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure flawless execution of group events and services.
  7. Analyze group sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies.
  8. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  9. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
