Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Department and all Sales Force effectively and efficiently.
- Set targets for all Sales Reps.
- Achieve sales quotas by working with the team, obtaining orders from existing customers, and establishing new accounts.
- Call on customers to analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships.
- Identify needs and develop quotations according to customer requirements.
- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) on time, negotiate, close orders, and ensure timely payment collection from customers.
- Inform Pre-Sales and Product Managers of any competitive information obtained.
- Focus on customer retention and new business penetration within the assigned geographic territory.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing the sales order process from data collection through order acceptance to delivery in a timely and professional manner.
- Recommend changes in products, services, and policies based on product results and competitive developments; communicate customer requirements.
- Contribute to team efforts by participating in sales calls, proposal development, pricing presentations, consultative selling, and order closing strategies; represent the region at trade shows and customer postal councils.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 15 to 25 years of experience in selling Hardware and Software products.
- Knowledge of the KSA market.
- Knowledge of relevant IT products, services, and solutions.
- Experience managing customer accounts at technical, management, and executive levels.
- Strong ability to communicate product value propositions.
- Proficiency in making presentations and follow-up correspondence.
- Good project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Extensive sales skills including prospecting, account planning, needs analysis, demonstrations, negotiations, and proposal writing.
