Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the Department and all Sales Force effectively and efficiently.
  2. Set targets for all Sales Reps.
  3. Achieve sales quotas by working with the team, obtaining orders from existing customers, and establishing new accounts.
  4. Call on customers to analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships.
  5. Identify needs and develop quotations according to customer requirements.
  6. Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) on time, negotiate, close orders, and ensure timely payment collection from customers.
  7. Inform Pre-Sales and Product Managers of any competitive information obtained.
  8. Focus on customer retention and new business penetration within the assigned geographic territory.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction by managing the sales order process from data collection through order acceptance to delivery in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Recommend changes in products, services, and policies based on product results and competitive developments; communicate customer requirements.
  11. Contribute to team efforts by participating in sales calls, proposal development, pricing presentations, consultative selling, and order closing strategies; represent the region at trade shows and customer postal councils.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 15 to 25 years of experience in selling Hardware and Software products.
  3. Knowledge of the KSA market.
  4. Knowledge of relevant IT products, services, and solutions.
  5. Experience managing customer accounts at technical, management, and executive levels.
  6. Strong ability to communicate product value propositions.
  7. Proficiency in making presentations and follow-up correspondence.
  8. Good project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  9. Extensive sales skills including prospecting, account planning, needs analysis, demonstrations, negotiations, and proposal writing.
