Lead and expand the company’s footprint in the chemical manufacturing sector by driving strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and delivering consistent revenue growth. Leverage technical knowledge and market insights to position the company as a preferred supplier of bonding and sealing solutions in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Manager

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals
  • Identify and penetrate new industrial segments and geographies, especially in construction, infrastructure, and maintenance sectors
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate long-term supply agreements for adhesives, coatings, and sealants
  • Collaborate with production and R&D teams to align offerings with client needs and application requirements
  • Drive product positioning and pricing strategies based on market dynamics

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with procurement and technical teams of key clients
  • Conduct regular site visits, technical discussions, and performance reviews
  • Ensure timely delivery, documentation, and after-sales support
  • Resolve client issues with a solution-oriented approach

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and regulatory changes
  • Provide insights to guide product development and market entry strategies
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry forums, and client audits

Reporting & Compliance

  • Submit accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Maintain up-to-date records in SAP or CRM systems
