We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our traditional FMCG sales operations across 7 cities. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in wholesale or traditional trade (preferably in the flower or FMCG sector), with proven skills in managing field teams, driving sales, and ensuring excellent collection performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate sales teams across 7 cities to achieve revenue and distribution targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and traditional trade partners.
Implement structured sales processes and reporting mechanisms.
Coach and train field teams on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
Monitor and improve collection performance in all regions.
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed commercial decisions.
Develop city-wise growth strategies, ensuring effective execution at the ground level.
Ensure team compliance with company standards, pricing policies, and operational SOPs.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in FMCG sales, with a strong background in traditional trade or wholesale (flower industry experience is a plus).
Proven track record in managing geographically dispersed sales teams.
Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making.
Excellent training, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a structured environment with clear KPIs and targets.
Good understanding of collection and credit management.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned cities.
