Reporting Line: Head of Operations & CEO

Industry: Sports, Fitness, and Entertainment

Working Hours: Shifts including evenings and weekends (as per business needs)

About the Role:

A fast-growing company in the sports and wellness industry is seeking a Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across multiple verticals. This includes memberships, private training packages, merchandise, and other assigned categories. The ideal candidate is proactive, performance-driven, and comfortable working across multiple communication and sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales across all commercial categories including:
  • Private Training Packages
  • Retail and Merchandise (e.g., clothing, supplements)
  • Any other revenue-generating streams assigned by management
  • Execute both inbound and outbound sales strategies across phone, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person channels.
  • Manage the full sales funnel from lead capture to closing and post-sale engagement.

Lead Conversion & Customer Acquisition

  • Respond quickly and effectively to all inquiries.
  • Guide leads through product and membership options to maximize conversions.
  • Follow up on cold, warm, and previous customers to reignite interest.

Retention & Relationship Management

  • Identify members at risk of churn and implement proactive retention efforts.
  • Customize offers, promotions, or engagement strategies to retain current and former members.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and referrals.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Generate weekly reports and contribute insights to improve sales strategy and performance.

Marketing & Campaign Coordination

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on seasonal offers, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Provide real-time feedback on campaign effectiveness and customer responses.
  • Suggest ideas for localized or personalized marketing initiatives based on customer data.

Team Alignment

  • Work closely with branch managers, operations, and training staff to ensure alignment in service delivery.
  • Share best practices and actively contribute to a sales-first culture across the team.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or membership-based environments (fitness or hospitality is a plus).
  • Fluent inArabicand English (verbal and written).
  • Strong closing ability via phone, WhatsApp, and digital channels.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and social media tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in high-performance settings.
