Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and corporate sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales approaches.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and expand networks.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any sales-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
