POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Candidates from the Advertisement & Events Industry are preferred, especially those with experience selling corporate gift items or premium promotional gift items.
The Sales Manager will work closely with the sales team, the Business Development Manager, and other departments within the company.
The Sales Manager will have the authority to negotiate prices and terms of sale and to make recommendations to the Managing Director regarding customer needs.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers to close sales.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Identify new sales opportunities and markets.
Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer needs and preferences.
Meet or exceed customer service expectations.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
3+ years of sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
