Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
2. Build new customer base & retain existing customers by providing excellent customer service.
3. Visit and advise new customers from respective markets.
4. Identification of new areas for business.
5. Ensure collection of outstanding dues from the customers.
6. Safeguarding of company assets in respective markets.
7. Supervise sales team & their sales operations.
8. Understanding customer needs & offer support/solution after discussion & approval from seniors.

Qualification and Knowledge:

1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. 8-15 years (FMCG will be preferred).
3. Good written & verbal communication skills.
4. Languages - English, Hindi. (Arabic Preferred).
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize & manage time efficiently.
6. Understanding of company & its position in the market.
