Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Nationality Requirement: Saudi Nationals Only

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in the construction and heavy equipment rental industry. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in crane rentals, heavy machinery, or construction equipment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market share.
• Identify and approach potential clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and technical proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
• Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to promote the company’s offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Saudi Nationality is mandatory (as per local employment regulations).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the crane rental, heavy equipment, or construction industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
