Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Middle East market, with a focus on Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling IT solutions, software, and services, and will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base in the Middle East market, with a focus on Saudi Arabia.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our market share.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new logos and new verticals.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and delivery, to develop and deliver tailored solutions to customers.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the IT and software market in the Middle East, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of experience in IT and software sales, with a focus on the Middle East market, especially Saudi Arabia.
  2. Proven track record of success in selling IT solutions, software, and services, including SaaS, PaaS, staff augmentation, and project sales.
  3. Strong understanding of the IT and software market in the Middle East, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  4. Experience in setting up new verticals and teams to develop from scratch, including hiring, training, and mentoring sales professionals.
  5. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  7. Experience in middleware products, such as Oracle Middleware, IBM Middleware, or Red Hat Middleware.
  8. Experience in other related technologies, such as cloud computing platforms, enterprise software applications, or cybersecurity solutions.
  9. Fluency in Arabic language will be an advantage.
