Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead our B2B sales operations in the plastic manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, maintaining key accounts, and driving growth through strategic planning and execution.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies


  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets


  • Identify and approach new potential clients (especially B-tier factories and companies)


  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction


  • Sell raw plastic materials and promote the company's product portfolio


  • Study market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities


  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to align sales with production


  • Create monthly/quarterly sales plans and performance reports


  • Suggest creative solutions and expansion ideas for market growth


  • Travel within and outside Saudi Arabia to meet clients and explore new markets


  • Leverage technical understanding of plastic machines and production lines in client discussions



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), or Business Administration


  • Possesses over 7 years of relevant experience in sales and business development, specifically in plastic raw materials and preferably within industrial B2B sectors


  • Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is a plus


  • Willing to travel within and outside Saudi Arabia for client visits and business expansion


  • Familiar with the Saudi market and industrial sector clients


  • Experience in planning, operations coordination, and ensuring sales alignment with quality standard
