Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team and team leads across all Saudi operations.

  • Oversee all sales verticals, including telesales, bookstores, direct sales, teacher agents, and any future channels.

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet ambitious growth targets.

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of all sales activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Take full ownership of sales KPIs — track, analyze, report, and drive results on a daily basis.

  • Build data-driven action plans aligned with company targets through performance analysis.

  • Coach, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals.

  • Follow up on leads and continuously improve conversion rates across all funnels.

  • Leverage tools and software to streamline sales processes and maintain operational visibility.

  • Manage payment plans, agent assignments, and workflows using platforms like Kill Bill.

  • Tackle challenges with a solution-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.

Requirements:
  • Saudi national(mandatory)

  • Minimum 5 yearsof experience in sales management, preferably in tech, education, or high-growth environments

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in working with data and reporting tools

  • Proven leadership and organizational capabilities

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales tools

  • A proactive, driven personality with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
