Our firm is working on electronic makeover methods and software development in KSA. We focus on the financial business, food sector, and insurance policy companies. We have success stories with significant clients. Our group size is small, and we are on a growth track. Responsibilities:

1. Liable for the success of all client KPIs and legal commitments, in charge of the overall performance of projects.
2. Offer daily support, with group and 1:1 training, and administration to the project teams in a remote and in-person capacity.
3. Monitoring general daily volume of requests and task management to ensure service level standards are met.
4. Accountable for managing escalated situations in which additional oversight and support are required.
5. Provides daily management support to fellow project Managers including appropriate mentoring, training, team building, and retention efforts.
6. Creates and maintains up-to-date Service Delivery plans and procedures.
7. Maintains extensive knowledge of client programs under their purview.
8. Manages escalated client service issues.
9. Maintains communication with key stakeholders.
10. Provides administration policies and procedures.
11. Assists in the recruiting and hiring process by conducting interviews and selecting project resources.
12. Billing and costs client.
13. Work with the sales team to discover new clients.
14. Ensure the contract is accomplished correctly.

Qualifications:

1. 4 years of experience in project management. PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications preferred.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
3. Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Experience in customer service, leadership, and information technology sector. Experience in software application development is a plus.
6. Good computer skills and the ability to utilize business support software.
7. Solid customer support, project management, and quality assurance skills.
8. Excellent resource planning skills.
9. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Computer Science.

1. Fixed Salary (8000 - 12000 SAR).

Salary: 8,000.00 - 12,000.00 per month.
