Job description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager, you are responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility. The role involves executing all sales action plans and includes key responsibilities such as:

  1. Ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging with all levels of accounts, including managerial and departmental executives, to provide excellent client service, achieve targets, and maximize productivity.
  2. Implementing and executing sales objectives and action plans to meet and surpass set targets.
  3. Establishing parameters, preparing quotes, and negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business related to the properties.
  4. Promoting and generating sales leads within your respective areas.
  5. Providing feedback on market conditions, including trends and competition, based on direct sales efforts, telephone, and direct mail activities.
  6. Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting in managing the accounts system.
  7. Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing upselling opportunities whenever possible.

Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should hold a degree in sales with a minimum of two years post-graduate experience, ideally within the hotel industry. You must be computer literate, possess excellent presentation skills, and demonstrate highly sophisticated communication skills, both written and oral, with proficiency in English. Additional language skills are considered an asset.
