We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Hospitality Solutions

Are you an experienced Sales professional with a passion for hospitality technology? Join us at IDS Next, a leading provider of Hotel ERP and Hospitality Solutions, and be part of a brand that powers the digital transformation of hotels across the globe.

Your Role:

As a Sales Manager, you’ll drive the promotion and sales of IDS Next Hospitality Solutions in your assigned region. This is a client-facing, consultative selling role where you will leverage your relationships and domain knowledge to develop new business and grow existing accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed business targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the hospitality domain.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with hotel owners, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
  • Directly sell enterprise hospitality software to hotel chains, independent properties, and consultants.
  • Partner with regional offices and channel partners for smooth execution.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, SLAs, and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate closely with the Pre-Sales and Support teams for demos, technical queries, and solution mapping.
  • Provide market insights and track competitive trends to improve positioning.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5–7 years of experience in enterprise software sales or hospitality technology solutions.
  • Proven exposure to the hotel industry or IT sales in the hospitality sector.
  • Experience in KSA is mandatory; candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia will be given preference.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
  • Ability to engage C-level decision-makers with a consultative approach.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about tech in hospitality.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or equivalent.
