Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: The primary goal is to generate sales by targeting specific customer segments and working through all stages of the sales cycle (pitch, feedback, quote, contract).
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions. This includes conducting proposal presentations and responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to get accurate product information and feedback. Recommend improvements based on customer input.
- Sales Growth: Increase revenue through cross-selling, up-selling, and suggesting add-on products or features.
- Customer Satisfaction: Identify trends in customer satisfaction, report feedback to the product team, and help improve the product offering.
- Time Management: Ensure personal goals are met and collaborate effectively with the internal team.
Key Skills & Experience:
- B2B Sales Experience: The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, especially selling to corporate clients.
- Solution Sales Experience: Preferably, experience in selling solutions (not just products) that address specific business needs.
- Mobile App Knowledge: The candidate should have a clear understanding of mobile app solutions and their features.
- Consultative Selling: An understanding of consultative selling techniques, where the salesperson acts as a consultant to the client, guiding them toward the best solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency in creating PPTs for presentations is also required.
- Networking: Strong networking skills are critical to building relationships with potential clients.
- Proven Sales Success: Evidence of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and the ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
