The role will drive volume and value growth through wholesale and trading channels, focusing on execution excellence, strong market relationships, and strategic brand penetration. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role suited for a results-driven professional with a strong background in food commodity sector.

Own and deliver primary and secondary sales targets in the wholesale/trading channel across Jeddah.

Manage and grow key customer accounts; onboard and expand wholesale networks.

Leverage existing relationships to drive volume growth in related SKUs.

Identify white spaces and untapped opportunities for business expansion.

Ensure profitability by maintaining optimal pricing, margins, and customer mix.

Monitor competitor activity and develop actionable counter-strategies.

  • Manage and grow key customer accounts; onboard and expand wholesale networks.

  • Leverage existing relationships to drive volume growth in related SKUs.

  • Identify white spaces and untapped opportunities for business expansion.

  • Ensure profitability by maintaining optimal pricing, margins, and customer mix.

  • Monitor competitor activity and develop actionable counter-strategies.

Product & Market Development
  • Strengthen brand presence and SKU penetration across wholesale outlets.

  • Provide feedback for product development and SKU innovation based on market demand.

  • Launch new products and drive local activation strategies to enhance visibility.

  • Execute market-specific pricing and trade promotions to support volume acceleration.

  • Analyze and track market trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics.

Relationship Management & Execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, wholesalers, and key channel stakeholders.

  • Address product and service-related complaints with agility to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Align closely with supply chain and internal teams to ensure seamless order execution.

  • Support demand planning and forecasting through consistent data insights and market feedback.

  • Maintain commercial discipline and policy adherence across all trading partners.

Required Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of sales experience in the FMCG food sector.

  • Proven track record in wholesale channel, with deep market knowledge of Jeddah/KSA.

  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills; entrepreneurial and execution-oriented.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a go-getter attitude.

  • Highly analytical with a sharp understanding of market dynamics and channel profitability.

  • Willingness to travel frequently as per business needs.
