Job Description

Position Overview: In conjunction with the Director of Sales, the Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective sales coverage of local, domestic, and international markets, adhering to the highest professional standards and departmental SOPs.

The role involves coordinating and executing sales efforts within designated market segments and revenue streams, following up on potential leads, maintaining positive relationships with current, past, and potential clients, updating mailing lists and market data, and monitoring competitors' activities. The Sales Manager will also ensure compliance with the company's brand identity directives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Identify key revenue-generating areas, issues, and concerns, and address them promptly.
  2. Execute agreed objectives and meet targets set by the DOS/DOSM.
  3. Achieve a minimum of 15 new account acquisitions monthly.
  4. Assist in developing and implementing realistic, measurable action plans with the DOS/DOSM.
  5. Monitor and optimize rates to maximize revenue.
  6. Manage accounts, foster relationships, and increase revenue.
