Job Description


Key Accountabilities
The position involves:

  1. Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets within the industrial sector.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets, including key accounts and potential leads.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  5. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, setting performance goals and providing coaching to improve sales performance.
  6. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  7. Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance reviews, and pipeline status updates for senior management.
  8. Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client requirements.
  9. Work closely with marketing, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are looking for:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  2. In-depth knowledge of the industrial sector, including trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Strong awareness of competitive landscapes, market opportunities, and the ability to assess risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  4. Understanding of contract terms, pricing strategies, and terms of sale within the industrial sector.
  5. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and developing talent.
  6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build rapport with clients and close high-value deals.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of overcoming challenges and providing solutions to clients' needs.
