Job Purpose:

Drive sales of products in Refrigeration, Cold Chain, and Air-Conditioning sectors across KSA and Bahrain!


Description of Duties & Activities:
  • Drive Refrigeration, Cold Chain, Controls, and AC distribution sales in Saudi Arabia, taking ownership for achieving the annual sales targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop marketing/product strategies in collaboration with channel partners, contractors, consultants, and end users.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Saudi market to help craft our marketing/product strategy for the Refrigeration & Cold Chain business.
  • Guarantee customer happiness by partnering closely with all partners and delivering outstanding service to customers.
  • Capture market and competitive intelligence to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to support internal operations and business planning processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the overall growth objectives of the company in the region.
Educational Background:
  • A degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Professional Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in the Refrigeration and HVAC industry, with at least 5 years in sales.
  • Proficiency in digital literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, database management, Internet software, email, and Windows.
