Job Description:

We are an international company headquartered in China, engaged in the rental of aerial work platforms and construction materials (such as scaffolding). We have a branch in KSA and are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle leasing business of products such as scaffolding, formwork, construction equipment, and machinery.
  2. Establish and maintain customer relationships, improve customer files, expand business channels, and achieve annual targets.
  3. Follow up on the recovery of funds for leasing and project engineering businesses, reducing bad receivables.
  4. Develop prospective clients within the region to meet business goals and strengthen market presence.
  5. Lead the marketing team in lead generation, conversion, and achieving monthly targets.
  6. Execute regional and market strategies to meet sales and profit objectives, monitoring business results.
  7. Devise marketing strategies and techniques to attract new clients and maintain existing relationships by assessing their needs and promoting the company's portfolio.
  8. Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to meet regional business objectives.
  9. Manage and guide the team to achieve departmental goals.
