Job Description:
We are an international company headquartered in China, engaged in the rental of aerial work platforms and construction materials (such as scaffolding). We have a branch in KSA and are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle leasing business of products such as scaffolding, formwork, construction equipment, and machinery.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, improve customer files, expand business channels, and achieve annual targets.
- Follow up on the recovery of funds for leasing and project engineering businesses, reducing bad receivables.
- Develop prospective clients within the region to meet business goals and strengthen market presence.
- Lead the marketing team in lead generation, conversion, and achieving monthly targets.
- Execute regional and market strategies to meet sales and profit objectives, monitoring business results.
- Devise marketing strategies and techniques to attract new clients and maintain existing relationships by assessing their needs and promoting the company's portfolio.
- Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to meet regional business objectives.
- Manage and guide the team to achieve departmental goals.
